Epoch London founder, Lizzy, is a trainee certified aromatherapist whose aim is to share the powerful mind and body benefits of essential oils on wellbeing, through scent creation workshops.
Using her aromatherapy and perfumery expertise, the workshops take you on a sensorial journey into the world of fragrance, sparking mood and memory. Dive into a whole host of essential oils, learn about each of their myriad benefits and come away with a custom scent blend.
Epoch London hosts regular workshops in their East London studio space along with private workshops, corporate team building workshops for global companies and organisations in the wellness space.
