Our products are made with premium natural ingredients in small batches. We can therefore only accept refunds on unused items, returned in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at lizzy@epochlondon.uk for a replacement or refund.

Postage is Royal Mail Second Class Tracked (£4.50).
